Although Sameera Reddy claims to be a social media star "by coincidence," she made the switch soon after getting married and giving birth to her firstborn. Sameera is a content producer who excels at juggling several facets of her life, from being a mother to her two kids to cooking and taking her of the home, to sharing beauty and wellness tips. Those who enjoy a 'saas-bahu' banter should tune into her handle for some surprises.
Sameera, who has appeared in films like 'Maine DilTujhko Diya', 'Taxi No. 9 2 11', and âDarna Mana Hai', opened up about the time she was working hard in showbiz and was pressurised to get her body altered by going under the knife. She told Hindustan Times, "I can't emphasise enough on the amount of pressure that was put on me to get a boob job at the top of my career. So many people kept saying, âSameera, sab log kar rahe hain, aap kyun nahin'. But I didn't want something like that inside me. It's like you are hiding a flaw but it's not a flaw, it's how life is. I will not judge someone who wants to have plastic surgery and Botox, but what works for me is internally fixing myself."

The former actress has flaunted her greys on Instagram and embraced aging like no other celebrity out there. However, when she hopped on the influencer bandwagon, she was asked to take the help of filters. She states, "I said I'll show my skin when it is bad, I'll show my cellulite and my weight. This is who I am. I am more grateful for doing this rather than being that perfect 36-24-36 figure. I get to be real which I never got to do when I was an actor. There was always this parda between me and my audience. We only put out what people wanted to hear, but it gives people anxiety when you show you âwake up looking like this'. No, you don't. I wake up every day looking like crap, running behind my children. But I have the capacity to look amazing as a 45-year-old, and I own it. When you show your grey hair, your belly fat, and your stretch marks, someone out there feels âthere is somebody else like me' and it takes away the pressure on them."
Sameera got married to businessman, Akshai Varde in 2014. In 2015, the couple welcomed their son, Hans Varde, and in 2019, Akshai and Sameera were blessed baby girl, Nyra.
