On Thursday, actress Sobhita Dhulipala attended the Cannes 2024 red carpet. She was at the "Welcome To The Pleasure Express" event hosted by Magnum, alongside musicians and celebrities such as Troye Sivan and Mura Masa.

For the event, Sobhita Dhulipala wore a striking deep purple jumpsuit designed by Namrata Joshipura. Athiya Shetty had worn the same jumpsuit at Lakme Fashion Week in 2023. The jumpsuit is listed on the official website for Rs 1,80,000.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan commanded attention on the red carpet of the 2024 Cannes Film Festival as she sashayed in style wearing a custom Falguni and Shane Peacock gown. The outfit comprised a black strapless dress with gold embellishments and a white balloon sleeve layered on top to match the cast of her injured arm. This was her 21st appearance at the French Riviera.
The former Miss World, who is a regular at the prestigious event kept her look simple in a half-up-half-down hairstyle, and minimal makeup with her signature winged eyeliner and golden hoop earrings.
Aishwarya made her Cannes debut in 2002 with superstar Shah Rukh Khan and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the premiere of their film 'Devdas'. Decked in a yellow saree, her iconic entrance in a chariot is remembered fondly by fans even today.
After making her debut, she became the first Indian actress to be part of the Cannes jury and ever since then the actress has been attending the film festival. Over the years, she served memorable iconic red carpet moments, making her undisputed 'Cannes queen'.
In 2016, Aishwarya sported her most viral look from the event, opting for a purple-coloured lipstick. She walked the red carpet in a pastel floral off-the-shoulder Bardot gown by Rami Kadi. The gown was embellished with floral patterns and vines in purple and green. She rounded up her look with smokey eyes and purple-toned lips. This look of the actress went viral on the Internet, sparking a meme fest.
The 77th Cannes Festival kicked off on May 14 and will run through May 24.
