With this year's theme, "Inspiration to Action", the conference focused on empowering organisations with the tools and insights needed to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of work. As the HR industry grows by leaps and bounds, the event served as a rallying call, urging businesses to catalyse a future-ready workforce by embracing speed, sustainability, and resilience.
"In a world where conventional approaches fall short, there's a need for a new vision," said Ester Martinez CEO and Editor-in-Chief of People Matters, "A pivotal shift from ego-centric toeco-centric leadership is leading to a collaborative, purpose-driven model.
