The inaugural edition of India Soul Fest took Mumbai on a sensational journey into wellness, music, and mindful living. Held from October 26th to 27th, 2024, at Jio World Drive, BKC, the festival offered a unique blend of soulful experiences and vibrant celebrations, setting the foundation for a new era of holistic harmony.
In a fast-paced world, the India Soul Fest provided a much-needed sanctuary for like-minded seekers, fostering self-discovery and inner peace. The festival aligned mind, body, and soul through workshops, music, and community events, creating a transformative space for attendees seeking balance in their lives.
The Wisdom Wave sessions featured insightful conversations with luminaries like Jaya Kishori, Smita Jayakar, Terence Lewis, Ashdin Doctor, Master Vani Kabir and Urmi Kothari (the visionary behind Kinetic Living). These immersive sessions sparked reflection, laughter, and healing, offering attendees' practical wisdom to elevate their personal growth.
The musical lineup was another highlight, with Kabir Cafe delivering soulful renditions of Kabir's poetry, wrapped in modern melodies. The crowd swayed to Sufi rhythms and explored cultural folk tunes, while DJ Mihir Chandan's electrifying beats, combined with live percussion, turned the evenings into vibrant dancefloors under the stars. With the mystical Western Ghats adding to the ambiance, the music resonated with attendees long after the performances ended.
The Oracle Oasis invited visitors into a mystical world with Tarot readings, coffee insights, angel messages, pranic healing, and crystal therapy. Whether attendees sought clarity, spiritual alignment, or simply indulged in the mystical atmosphere, the experience left them refreshed and recharged.
The Fun and Flashback Zone provided nostalgic storytelling sessions and creative outlets for kids through art therapy and dance workshops. Young attendees expressed themselves freely, creating art and memories to cherish.
In the Transformation Zone, wellness experts like Abundantly Anushka, Lavanya Rastogi, Tianna Khambatta, and Aditi Chandanani led workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and nutrition. Visitors also explored the Zen Den Arena, participating in breathwork, sound therapy, and Japanese healing therapies to reconnect with their inner calm.
The Creative Expression Studio encouraged participants to heal through painting, drumming, and crafting. Interactive spaces like the Manifestation Wall, Doodle Wall, and Gratitude Wall inspired creativity, introspection, and gratitude, enhancing the transformative journey for everyone.
The Soulful Souk offered a vibrant flea market filled with handmade treasures, sustainable fashion, and holistic products, while the Soulful Bites food arena served healthy meals that kept attendees energized throughout their experience.
