ClinicSpots
Quoting the noted Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen âEmpowering women is key to building a future we want' is exactly what ClinicSpots offers to its women employees by setting the stage right and straight. The ClinicSpots journey through the pandemic reveals their determination to face the storm at all costs.
The COVID pandemic has transformed personal living and how workplaces operate and function. A shift from physical workplaces to virtual work scenarios within personal living spaces has bought in challenging times that we face today.
ClinicSpots, a healthcare Q and A platform with medical tourism services, also underwent a tough time trying to stay afloat. It was fortunate enough to have a strong and determined women team that steered them in the right direction. Today, we can say that ClinicSpots has emerged more robust and resilient to combat challenging situations.
Initially, everyone assumed it was a 'do or die' situation rather than tilting more towards the dying side for a brief period. But, ClinicSpots turned around, and the credit goes to the all-women's team who, with their formidable effort and dedication, led ClinicSpots to survive the pandemic and emerge the winner.
Mrs. Prerna Srivastava, Director- HR, states, 'Initially, the lockdown was a surprise, a shock. We never imagined that workplaces would shut down and medical tourism would come to a complete halt.'
She expresses her heartfelt thanks to the team of dedicated and loyal women who made it possible to survive the two waves of pandemics. Her loyal colleagues, Ms. Mayuri - senior SEO Analyst, Ms. Vishaka - Business Head, Ms. Sonam - PPC Head, Ms. Farida - Senior Content Specialist, Ms. Nira - Content Specialist and Digital PR, and Ms.Supriya - Finance and Accounts, Ms. Akshata - Growth Manager were always by her side.
Ms. Prerna has been extraordinarily patient and emphatic throughout the lockdown period. She has been a pillar of support to the entire staff of ClinicSpots, encouraging and giving them hope of better times ahead.
We would like to elaborate a wee bit on the role of each of these exceptionally skilled women and their delivery -
Ms. Vishaka is a one-person army that thrives on ClinicSpots. Be it client pitching, servicing, or even motivating team members, Vishaka has always been available. Also, Ms. Akshata played a pivotal role in shaping ClinicSpots for growth and expansion.
A special mention and kudos to our Medical Tourism team led by Ms. Prachi along with Ms. Namrata, Ms. Riddhi, and Ms. Kauser, a formidable trio for keeping up with the spirit of serving visitors as and when they could arrive in India for treatment
Ms. Mayuri heralded a new era of digital marketing of doctors and medical professionals. Ms. Sonam has adeptly handled lead generation and PPC, playing an equally important role in digital marketing. We all agree that content is the king, without which no digital marketing activity can take place. And our content specialist team of Ms. Farida and Ms. Nira capably led the team of content writers to deliver superior quality professionally written medical content and digital PR activities.
Ms. Supriya, our most reliable accounts head, delivered her responsibilities in perfect sync with Ms. Prerna. She performed her HR and account duties meticulously.
We extend our gratitude and salute each one of them for their relentless dedication and support they have shown to ClinicSpots. A big Thank you to each one of you!
