What is the philosophy of your brand / company?
To construct and provide Top class warehousing facilities and Amenities of global standards to business houses and ease their logistic operations with reliability.
What are the projects already executed by your group?
Group has already executed following Projects:
Sumeet Logistic Park on Land parcel of 125 Acres and completed 4.5 Million Sq. ft.
Antariksh Logidrome on Land parcel of 200 Acres and completed 4.86 Million Sq. ft.
Antariksh Logipark on Land parcel of 125 Acres and completed 2.68 Million Sq. ft.
Shakambari Logistics Park on Land parcel of 17 Acres and completed 0.5 Million Sq. ft.
What are the upcoming projects that your group shall be executing?
Group has already bagged Warehousing project for 50 Lakhs sq. ft. on various locations. These projects will be constructed on strategic location on Mumbai Nashik Highway.
How did your group fare during the prolonged Lockdown period?
Lockdown was difficult for every organisation. Companies struggle to transport their goods due to shortage of trucks. Though the government has permitted the movement and delivery of essentials goods, accessibility remains a challenge since the logistics was not moving at a fast pace because of many restrictions in place. There was shortage of drivers since almost all of them have moved back to their hometowns. Unavailability of sufficient labour at loading and unloading points was also hampering the logistics operations in the country. However Antariksh Group as a team handled this time and headed towards achievement of organization goal.
Is the market for Real Estate picking up? Your views on the same.
Yes the Real Estate especially Warehousing and Logistic market is boosting. Warehouses are going to need more capacity post-COVID for a variety of reasons like Increased inventory on-hand, meeting increased demand, all lead to more storage locations and more capacity.
Manufacturers are also looking to decentralize warehouse locations and be closer to the end customer to meet delivery times. 3PL partnerships will play a bigger role in future warehouse and distribution center fulfillment.
What is the magnitude of employment generation and contribution towards the GDP growth from the development of Logistics Park in Maharashtra?
The logistic sector is considered to be an important sector to facilitate increased international trade in consequence of globalization and digitalization. It plays a key role in economic development and growth of a country because the logistics sector helps to transport goods across the nation. The growth in the field of logistics sector results in competitiveness among the countries and thus it becomes a vital element of economic development and growth of the country and generating huge employment opportunities.
What are the levels of quality standards and deliveries by your group?
We are focusing on construction of Grade "A" warehouses. Our Group's high standards in Quality, in time completion and robust operations helped us repeated and satisfied clients.
