In a bid to transform the Indian kitchen industry, Vedant Newatia is determined to bring the European work style culture to the heart of India. With an impressive culinary journey and a deep commitment to inclusivity, Vedant aims to redefine the way India curates, presents and dines across the country. Armed with valuable experience and a global perspective, Vedant continued his culinary education by training in a 3 Michelin Star restaurant, becoming the first chef in Indore to achieve this milestone. His journey didn't stop there. He had the incredible opportunity to work alongside renowned celebrity chef Dominique Ansel and intern at Borago, a World 50 best restaurant in Chile. These experiences exposed him to diverse culinary styles and innovative approaches to cooking.

With a body of work that boasts experience in fine-dining restaurants, bakeries, 5-star hotels, tasting menu establishments, and catering companies, Vedant has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry from different perspectives. He has traveled and worked extensively in Switzerland, France, the USA, and Chile, allowing him to grasp the essence of each region's culinary identity. His academic background includes studying Culinary Arts and International Hospitality in Switzerland, where he devoted years to refining his skills. He has spent a total of 9 years studying, working, traveling, and shaping himself into an exceptional chef with a global vision.

Vedant's sky-high aspirations involve promoting inclusivity in the kitchen industry, advocating for an environment that embraces diversity irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, and more. He firmly believes that the culinary world should be a place where talent, passion, and hard work are recognized, regardless of one's background or identity. He is particularly committed to increasing female representation in the kitchen industry. He aims to encourage and support aspiring female chefs, breaking down gender barriers prevalent in the culinary world and creating a more equitable workspace for all.

Driven by a passion for the art of curating scrumptious meals, Vedant intends to teach other Indian chefs, passing on the invaluable knowledge and skills he has acquired during his elaborate culinary journey. His next move is to introduce the concept of Casual Fine Dining to Indore, India. This culinary style blends the elegance of fine dining with the relaxed ambiance of casual restaurants, creating a unique experience for diners. Newatia's ultimate goal is to expand this concept to other cities across the country, revolutionizing the culinary scene and setting new standards for kitchen culture.
