Jainendra Kumar a.k.a Jai, joined Xceedance, an insurance technology company, as Vice President of Product Engineering in the Digital Transformation business. In his role, he is responsible for building a portfolio of integrated insurtech products and providing overall product technology strategy direction, for leading the product engineering team to design and build innovative solutions that will help the company's customers to relay upon the product and get benefitted more effectively.
Jai is an award-winning executive, speaker with deep expertise in Agile, Lean and platform strategy. He has over a decade of experience in IT transformation. Jai worked in companies like Alstom, Encyclopedia Britannica, RateGain, Pitney Bowes and Diebold Nixdorf.
Prior to joining Xceedance, he was at Diebold Nixdorf where he led the innovation team focused on data analytics, data science, digital, crypto, mobile and platforms and as the site Leader, oversaw the India Software hub, which consisted of RandD, Professional Services, product management, human resources, IT and facilities. All the hard work and decade of dedication towards his work, got him featured in Magazines like CIO Review, Computerworld, Ispirt and many others published his technical blogs.
