when I started my journey in culinary years back it was like a dream for me, to reach where I am today, there were many challenges as any path towards success is never easy, but the only thing which never let me give up was, the respect for profession and idea of bringing to people different cuisines with merged up flavours, my focus is never to stick to single cuisines, but I believe in bringing as many cuisines and flavours can be combined and to come up something unique with a gastronomical touch, but also making sure anything I curate should not miss the base root flavours. In todays trending world when people like to eat their food first from eyes, the food just not have to be flavorful but also have to be appealing.
As I believe you have to have a love at first sight with your platter now a days.
My journey started from my home country India, then It never stopped as today is the day when I handle multiple brands in a span on 15 countries. It's always good to meet new people around the globe, get to know different cultures, and pick flavours across the world, and curate surprise the world with something new and creative.
Sometimes I feel my profession and my this food journey to be so magical.
When I started my journey being a chef was not being that valued, but still I wanted to work head and to get this title officially, with this heigh creative passion spirit.
It feels so blessed to being called a chef across the world wherever you travel.
And the best part is when you know that you are the medium of connecting different communities and cultures with a medium of flavours.
No profession is small or big, any profession can take you to heights and let you achieve success at the end what matters is your passion towards your profession and your dedication.
As when people as me why m I still single, I just have one thing to say I am committed with my passion.
