Meet Mohit Chhikara, who is presently winning the hearts of millions through his creative videos, travel Vlogs, and killer looks! Mohit is a true country lover. He loves India very much. Mohit comes from a well-educated family, was born and brought up in Delhi, and belongs to Sonipat, Haryana. Being younger amongst his siblings, Mohit is apple of everyone's eye. His father is a Government Officer and wanted his son to do well in his studies. Mohit being average in his studies since childhood, he used to participate in other curricular activities like acting, dance, drama, sports, etc.

Inspiration to start a YouTube Channel

During the schooling, Mohit was an all-rounder kid evenly participating in dance competitions, acting, drama, and sports. His friends used to playfully tease him of becoming a model or actor in the future (due to his good looks and participation in various activities). But he didn't take things seriously at that time because he was keener towards sports than acting.

After schooling, he took admission to the prestigious DITM (Delhi Institute of Technology & Management) college for a Mechanical Engineering course. Along with studies, Mohit also participated in various other activities in college. He walked the ramp twice and won the trophy. He was inspired to start a career in Theaters and focused there. Harsh Beniwal, the famous YouTuber being Mohit's cousin motivated him to start a YouTube career. Harsh was already into Vine-making on YouTube. But being lesser interested in it, Mohit didn't shift his focus from theaters.

Once during a normal chat, Harsh offered Mohit to come with him and start a YouTube channel. "I welcomed his offer and we started a channel in the curiosity of entertainment, fun and enjoyment. We enjoyed ourselves a lot during the journey. I started acting in Harsh's videos. We didn't start the channel aiming at something big or unique or becoming popular. It was just for the sake of entertainment and complete enjoyment. Our videos received immense reach & responses and within a short, we were popular on YouTube & Instagram." recalls Mohit Chhikara.

Being a Mechanical Engineer, Mohit is now a full-time Actor & Vlogger and an ardent travel freak. He loves to explore the beauty of Indian culture, traditions, cuisines, and scenic destinations. He wants to capture the richness of Indian beauty through his lens. He thus started "Mohit Chhikara Vlogs" where he posts travel series videos. His travel videos are getting immense popularity and millions of likes.

"I want to travel each and every corner of India exploring its richness and beautiful nature. I didn't travel much in other states of our country so; I am aiming to show every single part of India through my travel channel. The Indian lifestyle is rich and dynamic. Every state has its own culture, lifestyle, and variety of food. I want to taste everything and experience the richness of my country" proudly says Mohit Chhikara.
