Dr. Mane's involvement in the Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) has been extensive and impactful. She has served as the Organizing Secretary for the All India Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (AICOG) in 2003 and 2019, demonstrating her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to advancing the field. In 2014, she was honoured to hold the prestigious position of Vice President within FOGSI, further solidifying her influence within the organization.
As the Chairperson of the Safe Motherhood Committee at FOGSI from 2008 to 2011, Dr. Mane played a pivotal role in advocating for safe childbirth practices and reducing maternal mortality rates in India. Her leadership and tireless efforts led to significant improvements in obstetric care across the country. Additionally, she served as the National Coordinator of PPH Workshops.

She has also been the recipient of the President's Trophy for Best Society as BSOG Secretary and the Dr. D. K. Tank Trophy for Best Community Service as BSOG President. She has been also recognised as Lead Accessor for Manyata - LAQSHYA.
With an extensive list of conferences and workshops under her belt, Dr. Mane has been instrumental in spreading awareness and sharing her expertise across India. Notably, she has conducted over 100 Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) workshops, known as PPH Lady, Helping Mothers Survive workshops.
