‘Disbelief and shock’, Magician PC Sorcar numbed as he loses his mother

Magician and a humanitarian, PC Sorcar Pouroosh is deeply saddened by the sudden demise of her beloved mother, Mrs Chitra Sorcar.

She was surrounded by her husband PC SORCAR Young, daughter Purnasha and son Pouroosh as her soul rest in peace on Sunday, March 6, 2022. The demise of the late Chitra Sorcar has left the family in despair and extreme pain causing a great loss for the Sorcar family as a whole. Mrs Chitra was born on 18th Jan 1948 and rendered her service as a profound mathematician, a great dancer and the backbone of the PC SORCAR Stage craft.

An extremely kind-hearted woman with a golden heart, Mrs Chitra garnered immense love as a proud mother and was the pillar of the PC SORCAR legacy. Being born to a mother who used to be the constant supporter in all his ups and downs, PC Sorcar Pouroosh and sister Purnasha expresses grief as he is completely numbed with the sudden demise of her mother.

"No words to describe how shocked and sad I am. My mother was and will always be my eternal backbone. She supported me throughout my journey of being successful and she will forever be missed and will always be in our thoughts and prayers".

The fans also expressed their deepest condolences to the bereaved families and prayed that the Lord Almighty grant eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the families in their moment of grief.
