Before starting his B2B lead generation company, Udit worked as an employee for MNCs and other corporations. His last job was at OYO. Despite having a stable job and income, Udit Ghosh wanted to do more. He strives for growth, development, and tasks that would bring the best out of his creativity and skills. Hence, he decided to quit the corporate world and co-founded Tick Tigers.
When asked what truly pushed him to start a career in PR and Digital marketing, the entrepreneur-digital marketer answers, "I had a 10 years experience in Corporate Sales and Marketing and can see how the world is changing. Everyday more and more businesses are making digital marketing their main source of revenue and there is a dire need of people who know how to maintain your reputation and brand image online."
Every new decision and risk comes with many apprehensions, especially when switching careers. Success is only sometimes guaranteed. Similarly, Udit faced several challenges in his journey. But did he ever feel like giving up during his initial days? He says, "As my last assignment as Regional Head of OYO, I got a very good salary every month. It's very hard to quit your well settled corporate life to start a new venture since you are addicted to the pay check and the benefits it brings along with it."

He adds, "In the Initial days, I often used to self doubt myself on whether I am doing the right thing or not. But slowly, with good client feedback and repeat orders I knew that I had taken the right decision to venture into the Digital entrepreneurship space."
As a digital marketing expert, Udit Ghosh aims to do things differently. He is observant and wants to help businesses grow in areas where they don't have much exposure. He wants his clients to have a good hold of their loyal clients and to attract more, as it will eventually lead to better profits and growth. Udit believes many companies have great potential but lack the knack for uniquely promoting themselves.
The digital entrepreneur shares that people need to be more careful about their online reputation. Many big brands don't know how important brand building is. He claims, "Today, the first thing people do before buying any product/service is to Google the brands name and check for its reputation online. I help such brands to have a great image defining their brands in an interesting and appealing manner. When the brand building is a hit, it is a win-win situation for me and my clients."
