Hello everyone, and welcome to this Mid Day Catchup with Sreejan Guha Niyogi, CEO of Rise of Rhelegus and Co-Founder of Klasp Network.

Sreejan Guha Niyogi started his online journey in 2010, and since then, there has been no looking back. He left his job in a Fortune 500 company in order to breed the entrepreneur in him and follow his goals. Today we get a chance to talk with him and find out how he carved his way in a pretty challenging road and that too at such a young age.

Sreejan, Tell Us About Your Projects.

Right now, I am working for Rise of Rhelegus - it's a unique project in the NFT space. We are looking to venture into an ecosystem where very few projects have gone before, i.e., merging the NFTs with Game-Fi technology and having a whole metaverse around it. Apart from that, we are also working on a project called Klasp Network , which should be one of the most exciting social media networks on blockchain. Klasp Network aims to bridge the gap between the influencers and the consumers.

Sounds Great! So What are Your Goals in the Next 10 Years?

Well, my ambition has been to leave behind a legacy. So I have always tried to create something which will stay behind and play a part in people's lives even long after I disappear.

The internet, and now the blockchain, provides us an enormous opportunity to touch millions of lives, and that's my ultimate goal.

Well, This Is Undoubtedly Quiet Stressful- How Do You Manage The Stress?

Yes, it is, but it's imperative not to turn into a robot while pursuing ambitious dreams. So my routine is quite fixed - I work 10-12 hours a day, and the rest of the time is for myself. That way, when I turn up for work the next day, I am entirely rejuvenated. This is the cycle that I follow.

What Are The Biggest Mistakes First-Time Entrepreneurs Can Make?

Entering a market without proper research has to be one of the biggest blunders. Giving up too soon is another mistake newbies should avoid. I always believe that a ‘Plan B' should be there, but it should only be there to make ‘Plan A' work. Too much scepticism, planning and less execution can drain out the energy from a project.

Sreejan Guha Niyogi Is Known for Building Great Teams- What's The Secret?

It's quite simple - treat the team members and company employees as humans and not like numbers on an excel sheet. Make them feel valued so that they understand the significance of their work. Trust, respect and freedom to make choices should be there.

What is your message for entrepreneurs who are struggling?

Many of us make the mistake of looking too far in the future. You should just focus on the next step. Even if you do not see any light at the end of the tunnel, take the next small step which you can. And then another. New roads are bound to open up once we keep taking these small steps.

Sreejan Guha Niyogi is undoubtedly a role model for many Indian entrepreneurs who want to make their name and impact the global stage. Make sure you follow his journey and advice on Twitter.
