For his leadership series, Ankit Desai has researched the Mahabharata, where he has derived references to leadership, time management, energy management and emotion management from the epic's 'Shanti Parva'.
Ankit Desai's lecture series has so far been held in cities like Mumbai, Bhavnagar, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bharuch and Vapi, and through this series, he has imparted leadership training to more than three thousand professionals and youngsters.
About his series, he says, 'I am always surprised when we learn leadership and management from the West because the West itself learns leadership and management from our myths and sells the same back to us like second-hand goods. 'Shantiparva' of Mahabharata is a unique book which covers all aspects of successful leadership and management.'
