Ankush Ingle wins an accolade at Mumbai Achiever’s awards 2021

Clapping audience, coveted awards, widespread recognition, and a fan following is the dream of every artist. Ankush Ingle a.k.a DJ ODIN had similar dreams, and he worked day and night to achieve them. He loved music ever since he was a child. He danced to tunes, made music using tables, plates and spoons, and could be found humming all day long. However, little did he know that he will unlock unending success one day. The move from his hometown, Amravati to Mumbai, was a difficult one, but paved the way for his success. Today, people know him as one of the best DJs in Mumbai and he is proud of all that he has accomplished.

Recently, he won the best emerging DJ of 2021 award at Mumbai Achiever's awards and was all emotional about his journey. He got flashbacks of all those sleepless nights that he spent thinking about his future and worrying if chasing music was worth the time and effort. Today, he looks back at those times and smiles. He always believed that dreams weren't enough and determination was required to convert them to reality. He has worked hard to improve his skills and evolved into one of the top names in South Asia's music scene.

Experimentation is second nature for Ankush, who keeps trying new things to get better at his craft. He says that he is on a journey of learning and achievement is just a pleasant by-product. The first step he took towards learning was to enroll himself under DJ Cyrus, one of the best DJ in the country. He has also learned to play many musical instruments. Later, he started performing at clubs across the city to practically implement the skills he had acquired. Some popular clubs where Ankush regularly performs include Bombay Cocktail Bar, Bombay Adda, Mansion at Sahara Star, Rodeo Drive, Mitron, Lord of the Drinks Mumbai, Dragonfly Experience Mumbai, Barrel and Co., Club Illusions, XOYO Thane, The Secret Thane, Tryst, Amethyst.

Ankush tried hard and leveled up his skills after every performance. This way he also got recognition from Bollywood names who now regularly invite DJ ODIN to perform at their parties. The foot-tapping and mesmerizing environment that Ankush facilitates at every party makes him the DJ of choice among revered Bollywood names. Some Bollywood stars who have enjoyed Ankush's craft include Jackie Shroff, Sooraj Pancholi, Dino Morea, Ankita Lokhande, Shalmali Kholgade, etc.

Ankush remembers the critical comments he received from friends and family when he dropped out of engineering college in 2015. He was confident that he will let his success answer them and now he is at a level where people cannot stop praising him. This award has given a befitting reply to the naysayers.
