Having completed her PGD in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, she was one of the first few coaches from Uttar Pradesh, where even though organizations provided training, they took time to recognize the need for coaching. Being involved in HRD Training and Development in the early days of her career, taking a step toward Corporate Coaching seemed natural, to help individuals seeking any career help.

She offers one on one sessions in person, audio, and video sessions, depending on the client's level of comfort. She conducts HRD & Soft Skills Training workshops as well.
