She developed a binge eating disorder because the food used to make her feel better, it was a stress buster for her. Though, eating a lot of good and tasty food used to make her feel better and relaxed, she started gaining more weight which made the worse come to the worst.

With a firm determination, Sanskriti decided to transform herself not because she was in the favour of body shaming but to live a healthy and fit life. Since that day, she has never looked back till now. After working hard on her body weight, she finally became capable of losing 40 kgs which is an appreciable effort. Her transformation has set an example for those who can not deal with body shaming. She not only worked on her body transformation but reversed her serious issues related to thyroid and PCOD.
Sanskriti had not only transformed her body but made fitness her profession. With the ideology of making other people fit and healthy, she studied for a diploma in the human body and nutrition science and also got certified from INFS, ACE and Fab academy with this belief that she will help other people be healthy not just physically but mentally too. To get deep knowledge and become a proficient nutrition expert, Sanskriti is pursuing PhD in nutrition.
