It is a serious matter. I think an independent medical panel should be constituted. The judges can make their judgment after getting another report. The Laws are only guiding factor. The judges can take it as a special case.

The two medical reports of hospital in this case are contradictory and has caused confusion. The High court's judgment in this case is also based on that. So, I think fresh medical report should be sought. Then court can decide.
