Delhi: The Tilak Marg police have arrested a 46-year-old teacher of Ryan International school in Noida for allegedly making hoax sms about a bomb blast in the Supreme Court.

On Saturday, the police received a complaint from an advocate, Bar Association president practising at the Supreme court. The advocate had received an SMS stating that a bomb blast would occur in the SC on August 4, the police said.

"The police soon started the investigation and traced the message sender. The accused identified as Rose Devi, a resident of Noida was arrested on Sunday. She had sent the SMS because of enmity with the advocate," a cop said

A case has been registered against her and on Monday she will be produce before the court. "We are probing whether she had any role in sending threat letters to the Patiala House court and the Rajdhani Express. She claims to have sent such threat calls in the past," he added.
