Having to move around with colleagues, clients and customers, you can't be wearing lingerie that you have to continually tug in place or squirm in. Smart women know this. If you don't know your right measurement, here's how to find out:
Bosom buddy
Bras are sold in the combination of the band and cup size together, for example, 36C. So here's how to measure:
* Wear a bra with the least restrictive cups. Too tight or too loose will not serve the purpose right.
* Measure under your bust, just where the lowest part of your bra should sit. Take your reading in inches. If the number is even, add four to it, if it is odd, then add five to it. This is your band size.
* Now measure around the fullest part of your bosom. Don't pull it too tight unless you want your bra to do the same. The measurement here in inches is your bust size.
* To know what your cup size is, subtract the band size from the bust size. If both the measurements are the same, then you are an A cup. If your bust size is one inch larger than your band size, then you are a B cup and if it is two inches larger, then you are a C cup and so on.

If you don't want to be squirming in the wrong panty all day long, here's how to find your right size. For accuracy get someone to help you with this measurement:
* First measure your waistline. If you don't know where it is, bend a little and the crease you find near your waist area is your waistline. Don't cinch it too tight, because you'll end up buying a small size.
* Next, measure your hips with the tape around the fullest part. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground. This is your hip measurement.
* If your waist measurement is 25"-26" and your hip measurement is 35"-36", then you should buy S size underwear. If it's 27"-28" and 37"-38" then M is your size and so on. 35"-36" waistline and 45"-46" hip measurement means you should buy an XXXL !
