May I Come In Madam?, which has been running on television for the past 14 months, is centered on an advertising executive's attempts to impress his sexy boss, played by Neha Pendse.

But it seems the makers no longer feel she is fantasy-worthy. Production insiders reveal that the actress has been ordered to get back in shape, failing which she might be replaced.

"The producers have given her an ultimatum to lose weight soon, otherwise they will not be able to continue working with her. Recently, when a few mediapersons visited our set for her interview, Neha refused to meet them. She knows she has put on weight over the past year and didn't wish to be photographed," says the source.

When we reached out to Neha for a comment, she scoffed at the insider's version. "The producers have said no such thing. People like me the way I am. Whether I am thin or not, no one has an issue," she claimed.

Our source, however, maintains that Neha has indeed been warned about her weight. "Why else would the makers extend the contract of all the artistes by another year and Neha's by just six months?"
