Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are all smiles as they arrive at the Precious premiere in Hollywood. Paula, 33, who's expecting a child next year, glowed in a Bottega Veneta dress, Bulgari jewels and Jimmy Choo "Revere" shoes while carrying a clutch by Bally. Robin, 32, wore Prada and finished off his look with Dior Homme boots. In Precious, which also stars Mariah Carey, Paula plays a teacher who helps a pregnant teenager in Harlem change her life for the better. The film is already garnering Oscar buzz.
