Looks like Govinda is desperate to get on the internet. The actor was recently overheard asking a friend how he can open an account on Twitter and Facebook.
After hearing so much about the social networking sites and their popularity, the actor is planning to finally get online.
Talking about Chi Chi's new-found interest, a source says, "He has never used the Internet in his life, but now he wants to join the rest and start getting on online portals.
In fact, he isn't even 100 per cent mobile-savvy, so netsurfing is a huge step ahead for him."
