Mumbai:  Will star in a remake of a south film directed by Revathy
Raveena Tandon is all set to end her big screen hiatus this year. The actress has signed a film titled Just Aap Ke Liye to be directed by Revathy.
She was last seen in Sandwich (2006), in which she starred opposite Govinda.
Playing the part
The Tamil original June R starred Jyothika, Khushboo, Sarita and Surya. The film received critical acclaim when it released. It is believed that Raveena will be playing Khushboo's role, while the producers are in talks with John and Bobby for the lead role.
Have time, will sign
Confirming this, Raveena says, "Yes, I have been offered the film, but I still have to sign on the dotted line. It's a fantastic script and I'm really excited about it." The film will also star Ayesha Takia and Jaya Bachchan.
About returning to films, Tandon says, "I see myself doing good projects. Last year, I did a TV show Chak De Bachche and enjoyed the experience. Now that my kids have grown up I have enough time to devote to films."

She also adds that she will be looking at doing more projects in 2009, "I have a couple of interesting offers but it's too soon to talk about them."
